Flexible Transport Review
The Greater Manchester Integrated Transport Authority (GMITA) is about to embark upon a Flexible Transport Review (FTR) that will include the following topic areas;
- Ring and Ride Services including the Cross Boundary Service
- Local Link – Demand Responsive Transport, inclusive of GMPTE subsidised Taxi
- Community Transport
- Travel vouchers
- Grants to the 3rd Sector
The FTR is due to commence early in April 2009, reporting to Members of the ITA on completion. Scrutiny Committee principles will be applied to the process.
